Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will lead initiatives that establish industry standards in urban forestry.
Your role involves overseeing project performance, budgeting, and the implementation of training and certification programs. Engage with various partners to facilitate continuous improvement and compliance with community needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop comprehensive project plans and organizational policies
• Conduct research to inform best practices in urban forestry
• Ensure high-quality project delivery within budget constraints
• Facilitate communication across all levels of staff
• Manage contentious project issues with innovative solutions
Requirements:
• ISA certification or equivalent required
• Extensive experience in urban forestry operations
• Proven leadership in project management
• Expertise in relevant legislation and safety standards
• Ability to communicate complex concepts effectively
