Apotex Director of Crisis Management

Oversee global resiliency at Apotex from Toronto. This leadership position will enhance crisis management and business recovery programs for operational success.

As the Director of Global Business Resiliency, you'll play a crucial role in developing and maturing strategic and tactical business resilience initiatives across all Apotex locations. You'll work in tandem with senior leadership and functional teams, ensuring that crisis management practices are concise, aligned, and effective. Additionally, your leadership will foster training and compliance efforts, helping secure the continuous delivery of health products worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of the resiliency program

• Ensure alignment of emergency response and incident strategies

• Draft comprehensive business resiliency policies and SOPs

• Guide crisis management and recovery planning

• Implement training initiatives for compliance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a suitable field

• 10+ years of leadership in regulated industries

• Experience managing teams in crisis scenarios

• Excellent communication skills

• Familiarity with global standards like ISO 22301
