Key Responsibilities:
• Establish and execute the Measurements and Testing plan
• Ensure effective service delivery aligns with expectations
• Enhance business performance through efficient operations
• Promote innovative solutions in the measurement space
• Support team development through coaching and mentorship
Requirements:
• Accredited Bachelor's Degree required
• At least five years of industry experience with three in Measurement
• Proven skills in team management and leadership
• Strong communication skills in English
• Pre-employment checks including drug screening required
