Position: Serving Platforms Engineering Manager Role

As part of the Toronto team, you will manage 10 globally distributed engineers and be responsible for critical platform components such as Kafka and service-mesh systems. Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor and develop a high-performing engineering team

• Shape and coordinate engineering priorities and projects

• Represent team needs to stakeholders and drive decisions

• Support the performance of both greenfield and legacy systems

• Clearly communicate project risks and trade-offs

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years in infrastructure or platform leadership

• Experience in planning and managing cross-functional initiatives

• Hands-on skills with cloud platforms and hybrid environments

• Strong Linux system and automation expertise required

• Effective communication for diverse technical audiences
