Position: Assistant Manager for Employment Services
Join Newcomer Women’s Services as an Assistant Manager focused on Integrated Employment Services in Toronto. This full-time position requires operational leadership, staff management, and a strong foundation in employment services.

In this role, you will coordinate service delivery across various locations, ensuring high standards and compliance with operational guidelines. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve supervising staff, managing schedules, and addressing performance metrics to enhance service quality. Collaboration with the Program Manager will ensure effective communication of service priorities and performance expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and program delivery consistency

• Directly supervise and support program staff's performance

• Analyze service data for operational improvements

• Maintain compliance with funder guidelines and documentation

• Address client service issues and monitor flow

Requirements:

• Degree in social services, business, or a relevant field

• Minimum three years of experience in program management

• At least two years' operational leadership experience

• Knowledge of Employment Services and related services

• Proficiency with client management and reporting systems
