Enterprise Control Testing Director

Position: Enterprise Control Testing Director Role
Lead RBC’s Enterprise Control Testing visually from Toronto. This strategic position is focused on developing and implementing effective internal controls to manage operational risks.

The Director ensures the execution of control evaluation strategies throughout various platforms within RBC. You will collaborate closely with senior management to promote a robust internal control environment and lead a diverse team. Your experience in operational risk management will significantly impact RBC’s overall control maturity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain expertise for control evaluation across the organization

• Oversee the execution of internal control tests

• Advise stakeholders on control practices and strategies

• Manage day-to-day operations and resource planning

• Design reporting frameworks for stakeholders

Requirements:

• 10-12 years of relevant experience preferred

• Strong grasp of operational risk management required

• Demonstrated leadership in managing teams

• Ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders
