* About the Role:

* The Senior Manager, Pension Knowledge and Enablement plays a critical role in strengthening how pension knowledge is built, maintained, shared, and applied across CAAT. You will lead the strategy and programs that help our employees, participating employers, and business partners accurately and confidently navigate and administer the CAAT Pension Plan.

This role brings together pension knowledge, learning and enablement, employer education, knowledge management, documentation governance, and operational readiness. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team responsible for translating complex pension, legislative, operational, process, and system requirements into practical learning experiences, documentation, tools, and resources.

You will join the team at an important stage in its evolution, helping strengthen governance, consistency, accountability, and ways of working across learning and knowledge practices.

** Lead and develop a multi-disciplinary team responsible for pension education, employer enablement, business documentation, and knowledge management.
* Develop and execute an integrated pension knowledge and enablement strategy aligned with operational and service priorities.
* Oversee the design and delivery of pension administration learning programs for employees and participating employers of the Plan.
* Establish clear governance, standards, ownership, and review cycles for business documentation and knowledge resources.
* Build and evolve a pension knowledge hub that supports consistent knowledge practices and effective knowledge sharing.
* Lead employer education initiatives, including development and rollout of onboarding and ongoing learning materials such as guides, presentations, and self-service resources.
* Ensure learning and documentation remain current with Plan provisions, legislation, policies, processes, and systems.
* Partner with subject matter experts and business leaders to identify knowledge gaps and translate complex pension concepts into clear, practical content.
* Lead knowledge and operational readiness activities for major business, process, and system changes.
* Partner with technology teams to improve learning and knowledge solutions, including learning platforms, content management tools, and AI-enabled capabilities.
* Develop and monitor key performance indicators related to learning effectiveness, documentation quality, knowledge utilization, and stakeholder satisfaction.
* Use operational trends, stakeholder feedback, and performance measures to continuously improve learning effectiveness and delivery.
* Coach and develop team members while managing priorities, resource capacity, and commitments.
* To Succeed, You Bring
** A university degree in Business, Education, Communications, or a related field.
* Five (5) to seven (7) years of relevant progressive experience, including at least three (3) years of people leadership experience.
* Experience in pension administration, benefits administration, financial services, learning and development, knowledge management, or another complex regulated environment.
* Knowledge of pension administration processes, pension legislation, and pension plan provisions; experience in a defined benefit pension environment is strongly preferred.
