The Senior Manager will be responsible for enhancing compliance strategies and monitoring systems, including Charles River. In this role, you will lead a team of compliance professionals across Vancouver, Toronto, and Gurugram, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory requirements while supporting continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and define the strategic compliance direction

• Oversee pre-trade and post-trade monitoring operations

• Manage the evolution of compliance policies and frameworks

• Coach and mentor compliance managers and staff

• Build strong partnerships with various business stakeholders

Requirements:

• 10+ years in portfolio compliance and investment management

• Proven experience in a leadership capacity

• CFA designation or relevant compliance certification advantageous

• Strong communication and process improvement skills

• Technologically adept with compliance systems
