Key Responsibilities:

• Develop portfolio-wide asset management and financial strategies

• Conduct detailed analysis of key performance indicators

• Establish benchmarks for operational performance

• Oversee national procurement optimization efforts

• Mentor and guide the National Consulting Team

Requirements:

• At least five years in real estate and asset management

• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills

• Proven leadership ability in diverse teams

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Openness to travel and secure necessary real estate licenses
