Manager Airport Operations Control

Join Porter Airlines as the Manager of Airport Operations Control in Toronto. You’ll manage a dedicated SOC team while focusing on operational safety and compliance.

In your role, you will report directly to the Director of System Operations Control, ensuring the efficient execution of daily operations. You'll develop standard operating procedures and maintain compliance with safety regulations. Leadership and collaboration with various departments and regulatory bodies will be key elements of success within your team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and compliance for the SOC team

• Implement and monitor safety and operational procedures

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

• University degree or similar experience

• Minimum 2 years of leadership in Operations Centre

• Extensive knowledge of airline operations

• Proven people management skills

• Excellent analytical and communication abilities
