Position: Advanced Maintenance Manager Role
Take charge of maintenance leadership as a Maintenance Manager at Atlantic Packaging. Drive TPM strategies and safety protocols to optimize the operational efficiency of our facilities in North America.

This managerial position demands an experienced leader to oversee the New Forest maintenance team, focusing on safety, employee engagement, and continuous improvement. You will facilitate cross-departmental collaborations and ensure adherence to best practices and project engineering standards, while actively participating in setting operational objectives and metrics. Your leadership will be crucial for team morale and equipment effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure a culture of safety in all operations

• Lead the implementation of TPM principles

• Manage and mentor direct reports while tracking performance

• Conduct effective performance reviews and recognition

• Engage in weekly performance metrics reviews

Requirements:

• Engineering or related degree preferred

• Minimum 5 years in a production environment

• 5+ years in a leadership role

• Strong organizational and communicative capabilities

• Familiarity with TPM, Six Sigma, and lean standards
