Dentist as a Regional Manager overseeing dental clinics in Ontario. This hybrid role focuses on operational leadership, financial management, and driving clinic performance excellence.

As a seasoned operational leader, you will manage a portfolio of clinics, acting as the key link between corporate and field operations. Your mission is to ensure clinics meet performance metrics while fostering team development and enhancing patient care. You will collaborate with HR, Finance and clinic teams to implement corporate initiatives and resolve operational challenges effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive revenue growth and profitability across multiple clinics

• Carry out regular clinic performance reviews and audits

• Ensure high standards of operational compliance

• Coach clinic teams and Office Managers for improved execution

• Serve as a liaison to reinforce corporate priorities and culture

Requirements:

• 5–8 years in multi-site operational leadership

• Experience with P&L management

• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities

• Adaptability to manage priorities across multiple sites

• Proficient with operational KPIs and reporting tools
