As a key member of Springboard, the Assistant Supervisor will assist in managing community justice programs aimed at individuals over 18 involved in the justice system. This mid-senior level role emphasizes program planning, team development, and collaboration with courts and community partners. Candidates should have strong leadership capacities and experience in restorative justice practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage program planning and evaluation processes
• Develop partnerships with community organizations and the courts
• Support team development on anti-oppressive practices
• Oversee caseloads and ensure program compliance
• Provide on-the-ground support during incidents
Requirements:
• Minimum two years of supervisory experience in community services
• In-depth knowledge of the criminal justice system
• Demonstrated experience with diverse populations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel within the Greater Toronto Area
