Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with retail objectives and merchandising standards

• Foster relationships with retailers and field teams through open dialogue

• Coach and develop the region’s management team to succeed

• Track and report on key performance metrics efficiently

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of management experience in retail

• Established track record of team leadership and motivation

• Expertise in Microsoft Office applications

• Willingness to travel and communicate effectively in the field

• High School Diploma required;
