Key Responsibilities:

• Drive cross-team program ownership and accountability

• Partner with technical leaders to define system integration patterns

• Orchestrate delivery across various engineering organizations

• Develop tools for effective program management and health tracking

• Increase project visibility with comprehensive delivery metrics
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field

• Minimum of 7 years working with engineering teams, with 5+ in program management

• Proven ability to manage technical initiatives

• In-depth knowledge of cloud-native architectures and Agile methods

• Strong communication and influence skills with stakeholders
