Position: Hybrid Project Manager - TMX Group
Lead project delivery with TMX Group as a Project Manager in Toronto, ON. Manage complex projects focused on Clearing Systems, utilizing established practices and methodologies.

The TMX GTS Office oversees various projects, ensuring adherence to project management best practices. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for end-to-end project execution, from planning to delivery within budget and timelines. Your leadership will be vital in driving team effectiveness while ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, control, and execute approved projects using TMX standard processes

• Define project scope and key performance indicators with senior management

• Create integrated project plans detailing scope, schedule, and resources

• Monitor project budget, timelines, and action variances timely

• Provide regular project status reports in line with TMX standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years in project delivery for Financial Institutions

• Experience in managing $2M+ projects and PMLC practices

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in SDLC, Iterative, and Agile methodologies

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
