Who should apply?

We are seeking a delivery leader with extensive experience driving complex SaaS or digital transformation programmes within financial services. The ideal candidate combines consulting discipline, strong governance capability, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders across business and technology domains.

Key requirements include:

• 10+ years’ experience in project or programme management, with 5+ years leading large-scale SaaS or cloud implementations
• Background in financial services or fintech, ideally with exposure to KYC, AML, or client onboarding transformation
• Previous consulting experience with a Big 4 or Tier 1 advisory firm highly desirable
• Proven track record delivering enterprise-scale, multi-geography transformation initiatives with full budget and commercial accountability
• Deep understanding of Agile, SAFe, and Hybrid delivery frameworks with disciplined governance and reporting
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, including executive and C-suite engagement
• Commercially astute with strong contract, P&L, and change management experience
• Demonstrated success building and leading high-performing, cross-functional teams across global delivery environments

Reporting to the Regional Head of Delivery, the Senior Programme Delivery Manager will:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-workstream SaaS transformation programmes for major financial institutions
• Act as senior delivery lead for executive stakeholders, aligning delivery with strategic business and compliance objectives
• Drive programme governance, risk management, and executive reporting to ensure predictable, high-quality outcomes
• Oversee commercial performance, resourcing, change control, and margin optimisation
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Client Success teams to ensure integrated, value-driven delivery
• Translate client strategies into executable transformation plans and scalable delivery roadmaps
• Coach and mentor project managers, building capability, ownership, and delivery discipline across teams
