Position: Manager of Agreements at Metrolinx
Shape transit projects with Metrolinx as a Manager of Agreements. Drive strategic stakeholder management and agreement negotiations to enhance project delivery in the Greater Golden Horseshoe.

The Manager, Agreements role is vital for providing subject matter expertise within the Third-Party Coordination team  will direct the development and oversight of agreement strategies that align with project delivery objectives, ensuring smooth collaboration with municipalities and government entities. By fostering strong stakeholder relationships, you will advance transit infrastructure initiatives across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop 1–3-year agreement strategies to align with Metrolinx goals

• Manage stakeholder relationships and negotiate municipal cooperation

• Oversee agreements with various stakeholders for project support

• Conduct risk assessments related to adherence and compliance

• Lead financial stewardship and continuous process improvement efforts

Requirements:

• Progressive experience in municipal and project management sectors

• Degree in engineering, urban planning, or relevant field

• Knowledge of Ontario Planning and Municipal Acts

• Strong negotiation and organizational skills

• Experience with transit infrastructure or P3 projects
