As a Senior Manager, you will oversee a team responsible for executing Quality Assurance Reviews (QARs).

Your role involves managing stakeholder communications, facilitating discussions, and creating resolutions for identified issues. You’ll also support the QAR team in continuous improvement and navigate complex regulatory frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a team executing Quality Assurance Reviews

• Ensure accurate, timely stakeholder communications

• Review preliminary results for QAR Director

• Provide approvals for Working Papers and Scope Documents

• Facilitate independent stakeholder discussions when necessary

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree with 1-2 years relevant experience

• Strong written and oral communication skills

• Knowledge of RCM regulatory requirements

• Certified audit/risk management professional

• Deadline-driven with effective project management skills
