Program Manager for Vulnerable Populations

Take on a leadership role at Red Door, addressing homelessness through effective program management. The full-time Program Manager will ensure efficient service delivery and staff oversight.

As the Program Manager, your responsibility includes managing a portfolio of client-centered programs and supervising program staff and students. You will lead collaborative program developments and handle crises effectively while making sure standards of delivery are met. Your work will directly support families in rebuilding their lives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure ongoing quality in program and service delivery

• Deliver client-centered services and supervise program staff

• Collaborate on progressive strategic program initiatives

• Evaluate training and maintain program schedules

• Foster volunteer engagement alongside the Volunteer Coordinator

Requirements:

• Post-secondary credential in Social Services or similar

• At least two years of supervisory experience in client services

• Deep understanding of vulnerabilities in target populations

• Superior communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to navigate budget management and compliance regulations
