Account Director

• Lead the development of campaign ideas and own strategic planning and ideation
• Provide hands-on oversight of campaign execution and ensure touchpoints support strategy
• Manage workback schedules, status reports and budget trackers
• Motivate teams to deliver high-quality work despite roadblocks and challenges
• Provide insightful client counsel and build trusted client relationships
• Manage one or two team members through coaching, feedback and growth support
• Work closely with senior leadership; report to a Senior Vice President
• Participate in phone screening, virtual and in-person interviews, assignment, reference checks and offer process

• Significant experience leading public relations or integrated communications programs, ideally in an agency environment
• Confident people leadership and coaching ability

• Ability to complete a short at-home Craft assignment

• Ability to work in Craft’s hybrid model, including Tuesdays and Wednesdays in the Toronto office
