RBC is seeking a Senior Director, Cash Services to lead a 400+ team across 9 centres in Canada. You will drive strategic vision, operational excellence, client experience, and risk management. Responsibilities include governance, automation adoption, and strong partnerships with PB/CB and OFIs.
You will mentor leaders, manage third-party relationships, and ensure AML/CFT compliance while maximizing financial performance. Travel up to 25% domestically may be required.
