Position: Director, Program Management (Treasury/Risk)
Location: Hybrid, 2-3x per week in office (Toronto, Downtown)

Requirements:

• 10+ years of project management experience with a track record of successfully managing complex technology transformation in digital banking sector
• 12+ years leading large-scale business/technology programs
• Experience establishing and championing program governance, PMO practices, or agile delivery frameworks
• Experience as a PM at a Canadian bank
• Experience with Enterprise Delivery Frameworks
• Proven experience in strategic planning and portfolio management
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in the financial industry
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, leadership skills
• Bachelor's degree, PMP or equivalent certification
