Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and train Municipal Licensing and Standards Officers

• Manage daily operations and staff scheduling

• Implement collaborative enforcement programs effectively

• Ensure high customer service standards

• Prepare reports and assist with evidence for court

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in a relevant discipline

• Significant supervisory experience in complex environments

• Knowledge of municipal, provincial, or federal legislation

• Valid Province of Ontario Class “G” Driver’s License

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
