Key Responsibilities:

• Lead talent development initiatives within your teams

• Monitor and improve portfolio performance and customer outcomes

• Shape and execute divisional strategy with the leadership team

• Collaborate with Sales and Product for service enhancements

• Establish and monitor operational frameworks for efficiency

Requirements:

• 5-8 years in consulting or SaaS leadership roles

• 3-5 years of experience leading teams

• Proven adeptness in managing large service portfolios

• Exceptional communication and strategic insight

• Understanding of SaaS and operational scaling models
