Customer Success Manager at myBlueprint

Lead the Customer Success team at my Blueprint, enhancing retention and support for school partners across Canada. This role emphasizes coaching and operational excellence for impactful customer experiences.

As a Customer Success Manager, you will guide the daily operations of the team while directly managing a small portfolio of accounts. Your responsibilities will include overseeing retention efforts, coaching team members through 1:1 sessions, and ensuring adherence to effective processes. Your goal will be to help align team actions with departmental priorities, ultimately driving customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee renewal pipelines and address customer risks and escalations

• Coach team through 1:1s, performance feedback, and career development

• Build effective playbooks and CRM practices for customer lifecycle

• Ensure team accountability on commitments and goals

• Manage a small portfolio of accounts for direct customer connection

Requirements:

• Proven experience in customer success or account management

• Strong coaching and people management skills

• Deep understanding of retention strategies in Ed Tech

• Excellent organizational and process-oriented mindset

• Ability to adapt through product transitions and changing priorities
