Associate Brand Manager

Overview

Join Mondelēz International as an Associate Brand Manager and lead the future of our Cookies business in Canada. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to execute brand strategy, develop product and packaging initiatives, and drive sustainable growth.

You will work with others to execute the brand strategy for designated brands, develop product and packaging initiatives, implement pricing strategies, and plan and execute integrated marketing communication and media plans. You will also provide recommendations for integrated commercial plans and support the development and execution of marketing plans to meet revenue and profit targets.

• Deliver results autonomously and influence stakeholders.
• Marketing experience in the fast‑moving consumer goods sector.
• Strong analytical skills and a creative mindset—balance of commercial and strategic acumen.
• Excellent presentation and storytelling skills.
• Project management from design to completion with an action orientation.

• Minimum of 2 years’ work experience in a marketing role.
• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and build against strict timelines.

Minimal travel required. Monday to Friday hybrid schedule.
