Job Summary

We’re looking for a hands‑on Social Media Strategist to join our Marketing team and lead the online presence of two fast‑growing brands:

  • Bondi Produce – Ontario’s leading produce distributor, building thought leadership and trust across the food service industry.
  • arte* – our consumer-facing salad kit brand, designed to inspire creativity and fun in the kitchen.

You’ll toggle daily between two brand worlds — the fast‑paced energy of food service and the playful creativity of direct‑to‑consumer marketing.

You’ll be both strategic and scrappy — owning content calendars, creating scroll‑stopping posts, and building community across Linked In, Instagram, and Tik Tok. You’ll shape how both brands show up online — from chef collaborations to creator partnerships — while tracking performance and learning what drives real results.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, with a dotted line to the VP of Sales, you’ll collaborate closely across departments to ensure social strategy supports both marketing and sales objectives for each brand.

Core Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute monthly content calendars for both brands tailored by platform, audience, and business goals.
  • Publish, monitor, and engage with followers across Tik Tok, Instagram, and Linked In.
  • Maintain distinct brand voices:
    Confident, credible, chef‑driven for Bondi; playful and trend‑driven for
    * arte.
  • Stay on top of trends, audio, and best practices to keep content fresh and high performing.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to align campaigns with business priorities, events and promotions.
Content Creation
  • Plan, shoot and edit short‑form video for both brands (Reels, Tik Tok's).
  • Capture original photo and video content using DSLR or mobile devices — maintaining high visual standards for both brands.
  • Write post captions and creative copy that align with each brand.
  • Be comfortable on‑camera for
    * arte content (recipe demos, kitchen hacks, product features).
  • Manage creative assets and ensure timely delivery for both brand calendars.
Creator & Influencer Partnerships
  • Identify and manage relationships with chefs, creators, and food influencers.
  • Coordinate product send‑outs, briefs and approvals for UGC and paid collaborations.
  • Track creator performance and ROI.
Campaigns & Reporting
  • Translate distinct business goals for each brand into social media campaigns that drive awareness, engagement and conversions.
  • Run small‑scale tests to learn what formats, hashtags and hooks perform best.
  • Report monthly to Marketing Manager on key metrics: follower growth, engagement rate, reach, web traffic, and content ROI.
  • Analyze performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities and recommend strategy adjustments based on these insights.
Requirements and Skills
  • 3‑5 years’ experience in social media or content creation roles, ideally within the food, beverage or CPG brands.
  • Proficiency in Cap Cut, Adobe Premiere, Canva, or similar tools.
  • Strong copywriting skills and ability to adapt tone between professional (B2B) and playful (B2C).
  • Highly organized, creative, and comfortable managing multiple brands simultaneously.
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset — you’re curious, adaptable, and thrive in a fast‑moving, creative environment.
  • A portfolio showcasing your previous social content (please submit with application).
Nice to Have
  • Experience with Meta Ads Manager, Linked In Ads Manager and familiarity with Hub Spot.
