Brand Supervisor

Battery is a 3× Ad Age Agency of the Year and one of Havas’ fastest-growing creative shops—built in Hollywood, now powering brands around the world. From FI and CPG to entertainment and gaming, we make advertising as sought after as entertainment.

We’re looking for a Brand Supervisor to steer major communications projects like a pro, guiding clients through their needs and delivering amazing results. Keep those expectations in check along the way! Supervisors are the quality control gurus, making sure everything aligns with our standards, budget, and timeline. Lead the daily charge, energize and mentor the Brand team, and team up with other departments to build strategies that boost the client’s business.

Bring that organized, energetic, positive, and curious vibe to everything! Supervisors are the ones who make things happen.

Responsibilities
  • Own day‑to‑day client operations.
  • Be the client's strategic expert, dishing out daily recommendations and ensuring smooth delivery that nails their scope of work.
  • Champion the agency's vision! Be persuasive and articulate when sharing our awesome work and ideas.
  • Help sell groundbreaking ideas and protect them through execution.
  • Build rock‑solid partnerships with clients, agency teams, and the Brand crew.
  • Sense‑check final budgets with junior team members before they go out the door.
  • Proactively anticipate budget overages and targets.
  • Assemble the A‑Team! Gather the right people to solve any client problem.
  • Keep the team on track and manage client expectations like a pro.
  • Always look for exciting new opportunities for growth for clients and internally.
  • Proactively plan resourcing, timing, and production requirements.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to direct reports to ensure they are achieving their goals and are supported in their responsibilities.
Experience and Skills
  • Experience managing and mentoring junior team members.
  • Proven ability to contribute to strategic thinking and manage a line of business.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills; strong presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated Brand leadership, initiative, and willingness to assume greater responsibility.
  • Ability to work seamlessly in multi‑faced environments.
  • Ability to partner with creative teams to develop great work.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and detail‑oriented.
