Your Role in Our Journey:
As the Senior Marketing Specialist
, you will play a critical role in executing client marketing strategies and delivering impactful campaigns that enhance visibility, engagement, and growth. Reporting to the Manager, Client Services, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing and communication initiatives across multiple client portfolios. This role involves creating content, managing digital platforms, producing marketing materials, coordinating event promotion, and analyzing performance data.
You will work closely with Redstone’s client service and event teams to ensure marketing objectives are met and exceeded.
- Manage client social media platforms including Linked In, Instagram, Tik Tok, and Facebook, fostering engagement within each community.
- Develop weekly and monthly content calendars to guide ongoing communications.
- Design and develop creative assets for client social media, websites, and email campaigns (includes static images and video content).
- Assist with the development and management of campaign-specific marketing budgets.
- Analyze campaign performance data and translate findings into actionable recommendations for optimization.
- Prepare activity reports and metrics to measure the success of marketing initiatives and present results to clients.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand upcoming events and develop effective promotional strategies.
- Innovatively market events to attract and engage attendees, coordinating closely with the events team as needed.
- Propose and execute marketing strategies, campaigns, and collateral that expand event visibility and reach.
- Audit client marketing and develop strategy for improvements.
- Prepare and lead discovery sessions to understand client needs and goals.
- Develop actionable social media, marketing and channel strategies, and manage execution of plans on an annual basis.
- Conduct ongoing research into market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities within client industries.
- Collaborate with clients on new partnership and content-sharing opportunities to increase member and stakeholder value.
- Ensure all marketing initiatives align with brand standards, tone, and voice.
- Support the development of marketing guidelines and resources for clients when required.
- Review and approve all marketing deliverables prepared by Marketing Specialists on your team, to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with client objectives.
- Verify that all content, graphics, and links are correct, functional, and compliant with client brand standards.
- Maintain a quality assurance checklist to uphold Redstone’s standards for professional, error-free communications.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to team members to strengthen quality, efficiency, and attention to detail across all marketing outputs.
- You hold a bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Event Marketing, Not-for-Profit Management, or a related field.
