Ready for a career glow‑up? As Assistant Manager, Loyalty Sampling & Promotions, you’ll shape and elevate the Beauty Insider Rewards Bazaar program. The work you do will impact beauty as you guide its strategic direction, execute memorable reward experiences, and drive loyalty through innovative sampling and promotions.

You’ll be part of a team that’s united in beauty, collaborating closely with partners who share your passion for delivering exceptional Beauty Insider moments. You’ll manage the end‑to‑end execution of the Rewards Bazaar—developing reward strategies, coordinating monthly assortments, and finding fresh ways to surprise and delight clients across in‑store and online experiences. Working with North American teams, you’ll execute, analyze, and calendarize local initiatives that strengthen engagement.

Fast‑paced and detail‑driven, this role calls for strategic thinking, strong cross‑functional collaboration, and the ability to juggle competing priorities—all in service of elevating the Beauty Insider experience.

What You’ll Do:

Beauty Insider Rewards Bazaar Strategy & Execution:

  • Lead the Rewards Bazaar program for Canada, shaping compelling rewards and driving strategy for local initiatives
  • Review Rewards Bazaar performance in depth and share clear, actionable insights across cross‑functional teams
  • Partner with management and key stakeholders to identify and recommend strategic enhancements to loyalty sampling offers
  • Represent the Rewards Bazaar across internal and cross‑functional forums, ensuring alignment with Marketing, Logistics, Analytics, and more; work closely with the Manager, Loyalty to deliver a best‑in‑class client experience across rewards and partnership offers
  • Ensure seamless execution of all Rewards Bazaar and Beauty Insider marketing across online and in‑store touchpoints
  • Act as the central point of communication between Sephora, brand partners, and Distribution Centers for sampling POs, inventory tracking, and allocation for loyalty sampling initiatives
  • Serve as Canada’s subject matter expert on loyalty sampling tools, capabilities, and enhancements in collaboration with cross‑functional partners
  • Promotional Execution:

  • Act as Canada’s subject matter expert for all leveraged and local point promotions, supporting the full lifecycle from ideation and playbooks to QA, setup, and reporting
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Merchandising, Tech, Stores, and US teams to ensure flawless execution of every leveraged and local point promotion
  • Support robust performance reporting with accurate forecasting and hindsighting in partnership with Analytics and leadership
  • Provide thought leadership and strategic recommendations for building and calendarizing local promotional opportunities for Canada
  • What You’ll Bring:

  • 3+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, marketing, or account management
  • Strong technical skills across MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), SharePoint, Ziflow (or similar QA proofing platforms), and Tableau
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and apply insights to campaign decisions
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced, high‑volume, deadline‑driven environment
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity and adapting to shifting business needs
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
