Summer 2026 Work Term

The pay range for the co‑op student role will reflect factors such as the candidate's experience, academic level, and the specific skillset required for the role.

Loblaw has adopted a hybrid working model: colleagues can work remotely up to one day a week and spend the other four days in the office (to be determined by each business unit).

About the Role

During your term with Loblaw, you’ll have the opportunity to work on PC Optimum, one of Canada’s largest and most beloved retail loyalty programs. PC Optimum helps Canadians Live Life Well® by providing exceptional customer value through personalized offers, rewards, and savings. As a Co‑op, Brand Marketing – Loyalty Marketing, you’ll be operating in the capacity of a Marketing Coordinator.

  • Are enrolled in a business, commerce or marketing post‑secondary program that requires the completion of a co‑op work term.
  • Have demonstrated proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Have a demonstrated passion for retail and brand marketing.

Hiring Range / Salary
