The PC Optimum™ Marketing team is looking for a Manager, Loyalty Marketing to own and iterate on full-funnel marketing strategies that support PC Optimum’s key objectives. This portfolio requires a high degree of strategic thought, organization, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate as part of a high‑performing team passionate about fortifying Canada’s number one loyalty program.

The successful candidate has experience developing customer-focused campaigns at scale in paid and owned channels. This person will own campaign strategy & execution, brief internal and external creative teams, manage stakeholders, and deliver campaign reporting. This is a unique opportunity for exposure across the enterprise, working closely with PC Optimum business and divisional teams to drive results.

Please note this role requires 4 days per week in office, flexing as needed between 500 Lake Shore Blvd West in Toronto and 1 President’s Choice Circle in Brampton.

What you will do
  • Develop and deliver customer-focused and insight-driven creative briefs that inspire agencies and creative teams.
  • Contribute to the achievement of Loyalty business & brand objectives, strategies, and KPIs through unignorable marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance and report on next steps with analysis, insights and recommendations with an iterative lens.
  • Work with all functional areas within the Marketing, Digital Experience, Divisional and product teams at Loblaw and Loblaw Digital to achieve the timely execution of Loyalty campaigns. Tactics include but are not limited to in‑store signage, web, app, CRM, paid media, Social, PR.
  • Manage campaign budgets and finance submissions, with accountability for projects and programs.
  • Ensure projects are organized and on track.
What you will bring
  • Working knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Experience managing creative briefing and feedback with agencies and stakeholders.
  • Strong project and time management skills with the ability to prioritize competing projects.
  • 5 years of experience in marketing/project management/loyalty. Specific experience in brand marketing within matrixed organizations is an asset.
  • Bilingualism in French and English an asset, please note on your resume if this applies.
