Overview

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive CRM strategy to enhance customer engagement, optimize marketing and media campaigns, and drive user acquisition through targeted outreach and personalized communication. Leverage 1st‑party data to inform financial modeling and assess the viability of a direct-to-consumer website.
  • Create and execute digital strategies for key retailers focusing on online content, product assortment, search optimization, and media planning to drive growth and engagement for multi‑million‑dollar brands.
  • Lead and execute go‑to‑market and consumer insight‑led brand plans behind innovation and product launches.
  • Analyze complex data to identify consumer and business insights that inform brand growth directions.
  • Innovate, explore, and test new marketing ideas in an environment that encourages creativity and experimentation.
  • Analyze, measure, and report data to identify insights that inform recommendations for brand growth, consumer acquisition, and retention.
  • Ensure an outstanding consumer experience by understanding, simplifying, and optimizing the path to purchase and the supply chain.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree.
  • 5+ years of relevant consumer-facing e‑commerce experience.
  • Forward‑thinking, strategic, and courageous leadership skills.
  • Proven track record in CRM, customer acquisition, digital marketing (including Facebook and other platforms), and SEO with a passion to create a best‑in‑class consumer experience.
  • Agile problem‑solving skills in a complex and dynamic business environment.
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Growth mindset with superior communication skills to influence decision makers.
  • Ability to lead internal and external stakeholders in decision making.
