Growth Marketing Manager
Location: Primarily remote (GTA-based) with occasional in-person days at our Burlington studio
Kōv Essentials is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to own the execution and optimization of our growth engine across lifecycle, paid, and campaign launches. This role is responsible for turning brand and creative strategy into measurable results. You’ll lead campaign execution, email and lifecycle performance, and cross-channel optimization, ensuring launches are well-coordinated, data-informed, and consistently improving.
You’ll work closely with our Founder & Creative Director, and external partners to ensure marketing efforts are focused, efficient, and driving revenue and retention.
Key responsibilities Campaign Execution & Go-To-Market- Own campaign execution across product launches, promotions, and key brand moments
- Translate creative direction into clear go-to-market plans across email, paid, events, and social
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and coordination across internal and external partners
- Lead post-launch performance reviews and document learnings for future campaigns
- Own email marketing strategy including campaigns and automated flows
- Optimize segmentation, cadence, creative testing, and deliverability
- Identify opportunities to improve conversion rate, retention, and LTV
- Partner with e-commerce and operations to ensure lifecycle initiatives align with inventory and fulfillment
- Manage in-account paid media execution, optimizing creative, targeting, and budgets in line with campaign priorities and performance goals.
- Ensure high-performing organic and brand content is leveraged effectively in paid and lifecycle channels
- Monitor performance across channels and recommend optimizations based on data
- Analyze marketing performance and translate data into clear, actionable insights
- Build and refine reporting dashboards and performance frameworks
- Establish repeatable processes for campaign execution, testing, and optimization
- Improve marketing systems and documentation to increase speed and consistency
- 3-5 years experience in growth, lifecycle, or performance marketing for a consumer brand (beauty, fashion, or lifestyle preferred)
- Proven experience owning campaigns end-to-end for a consumer brand
- Hands‑on experience managing Klaviyo (campaigns, flows, segmentation) and in‑account Meta Ads execution for a consumer brand
- Highly organized and self‑directed with a strong sense of ownership
- Skilled in project management, analytics, and creative briefing
