Transparency matters to us. For this role, you can expect a salary between $85,000-$100,000 annually, depending on experience. This is for a new vacancy.

• Design of world-class performance media (paid search, social, programmatic) strategies for top tier clients
• Support senior client and stakeholder relationships through effective communication and touchpoint strategies
• Manage, train and develop a team of high performing individuals
• Exceed performance targets through effective activation
• Partner effectively with Search, Social and Programmatic partners

• 6+ years working in a digital media environment, paid search and paid social
• Proven advanced understanding of Google Ads, Bing, Meta and other leading social platforms, including their APIs, scripting systems and 3rd party tools such as SA360
• Proven advanced understanding of primary DSP and SSPs
• Experience with Google suite, Google Big Query, Google Cloud Platform, GA4
• Understanding of digital measurement and reporting - including privacy forward solutions (clean rooms, APIs etc)
• Experience Working with Audience Data Strategies for Clients
• Strong understanding project management platforms such as Monday, Asana, Airtable
• Strong understanding of digital media workflows and processes
• Driven by a curiosity of leveraging AI tools to advance our clients work and objectives
