Marketing Manager

Role Summary

The Marketing Manager supports the planning and execution of brand initiatives and is responsible for delivering specific marketing programs and projects. This role works closely with cross-functional partners to ensure high‑quality execution of tactics that contribute to brand objectives.

• Support the development of brand plans by contributing insights and recommendations
• Execute assigned marketing programs in line with approved strategy and timelines
• Work with sales, medical, market access, regulatory, and analytics to coordinate activities
• Assist with launch preparation activities, including material development & training support
• Help gather and interpret market research, customer insights, and competitive information
• Manage the development, review, and deployment of promotional materials
• Track progress of marketing initiatives and report on results
• Coordinate with agency partners and vendors on assigned projects
• Ensure all marketing activities follow internal policies and regulatory standards
• Provide input into budgeting and planning processes for assigned initiatives

• 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences marketing or commercial roles
• Experience supporting brand programs and promotional initiatives
• Exposure to product launch preparation and lifecycle management
• Ability to work effectively in cross‑functional teams
• Experience working with external agencies or vendors is preferred
• Solid understanding of marketing fundamentals
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills
• Ability to turn information into practical actions
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced commercial environment
