Job Description
How You’ll Make an Impact
Involved in supporting the Consumer Insights team on the delivery of quantitative market research projects for internal and external clients. The Co-ordinator role supports the Consumer Insights team with project management, partner communications, and survey related tasks for successful execution of research projects.
What You’ll AchieveSupport Consumer Insights Managers/Directors through various parts of the research project cycle, to ensure timely survey launches, appropriate sampling, and accurate data collection. Key tasks include:
- Project management:
- Communication and coordination with internal departments and external partners.
- Coordinating tasks from multiple projects simultaneously, while considering dependencies and timeline needs.
- Working closely with project leads for ongoing understanding of project status, shifting priorities, and handling competing needs to ensure proactive coordination of tasks.
- Survey execution and quality assurance:
- Supporting execution parts of the research project including creating and updating timelines, preparing email invitations, setting up launches of surveys, ongoing monitoring of fieldwork per project needs, and closing surveys based on project lead direction.
- Thorough testing of research surveys for functionality and for positive user experience before fieldwork begins.
- Ensuring privacy and consumer data are handled per business needs.
- Process improvement:
- Assist with tracking of projects and evolving department processes, as needed.
- Contribute to efficiency and quality enhancements related to survey execution and data collection process.
- Other:
- Other projects as time permits.
- Project work will be supporting internal Epsilon products as well as direct client research projects for both US and Canada.
- Experience working in a project-driven environment for 2+ years.
- Very strong organization and project management skills.
- Great attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong Microsoft skills, and experience working with data in Excel.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive working style, with flexibility to shift priorities based on department evolving needs.
- Ability to learn quickly and take initiative.
- Interest or experience in market research.
- Exposure to Qualtrics is an asset.

Salary
Transparency matters to us. The salary range for this position is $61,000 - $68,000 CAD per year. Actual compensation within this range will be based n a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and applicable certifications. This range reflects what we reasonable expect to offer based on current market data.
