They are seeking a results-driven Growth Marketing Manager to develop and execute strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement growth marketing strategies for clients across digital channels.
- Manage paid and organic campaigns including SEM, social media, email, and content marketing.
- Analyze performance metrics, track KPIs, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Collaborate with creative, analytics, and account teams to deliver client-focused solutions.
- Identify growth opportunities and run experiments to increase lead generation and conversions.
- Oversee marketing automation tools and CRM systems to nurture leads and streamline campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in growth marketing.
- Prepare reports and present campaign results and recommendations to clients and internal teams.
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Growth Marketing Manager or similar digital marketing role.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, PPC, content marketing.
- Experience with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Hub Spot, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).
- Ability to develop strategies, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Creative mindset with a focus on experimentation and performance growth.
Preferred:
- Experience working in a marketing agency or multi-client environment.
- Knowledge of marketing automation, CRM systems, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Familiarity with growth hacking strategies and A/B testing.
