The Opportunity

Assistant Shopper Marketing Manager

Salary: Range $70,000 – $75,000 + 10% Performance Bonus
Work Model: Hybrid – 3 days per week in office

We’re looking for an Assistant Shopper Marketing Manager to support the planning, execution, and evaluation of shopper marketing programs across the Health & Beauty portfolio. In this role, you will help ensure programs are executed flawlessly across retail partners while supporting reporting, insights, and cross-functional collaboration.

Working closely with Sales, Brand, Category teams, and external partners, you’ll play a key role in coordinating program execution, tracking performance, and maintaining strong operational alignment across teams.

You enjoy coordinating projects, collaborating across teams, and working with data to understand program performance. You’re comfortable managing timelines, supporting reporting, and ensuring programs stay on track from planning through execution.

Most importantly, you bring strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a desire to build expertise in shopper marketing.

Your Responsibilities
  • Support the planning and execution of shopper marketing programs across select retailers, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and approvals are managed effectively
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Brand, Sales, Category) and external partners to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and on schedule
  • Manage program assets, creative routing, approvals, and deployment across retail activations
  • Track promotional calendars and retailer activation plans to ensure strong program coordination
  • Compile post-program reporting, including performance data, KPIs, compliance photos, and insights
  • Maintain trackers and dashboards that monitor program status, performance, and spend
  • Support internal presentations, retailer updates, and business reviews with program reporting and insights
  • Manage operational tasks such as purchase orders, budget tracking, invoice reconciliation, and documentation management
  • Maintain organized program documentation including briefs, timelines, asset folders, and approvals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and partners to ensure programs align with brand objectives, retailer priorities, and product availability
Your Experience

In addition to everything outlined in The Perfect Person for the Role, the ideal candidate will have:

  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, shopper marketing, brand marketing, or marketing operations
  • Experience coordinating marketing programs, campaigns, or retail activations
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Comfort working with data, reporting tools, and performance dashboards
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners
  • Strong communication and presentation support skills
