Yoh has an immediate 6‑month contract, possibility for extension opportunity, as a Director, Growth Marketing (Customer / Expansion Focus) within the B2B Software / SaaS (Enterprise Technology) industry to join our client, Hybrid, to report to their office in Toronto, ON.
Pay Rate: $82-96/hr. (max hourly rate)
37.5 hours a week, Monday-Friday OT as necessary
12+ years experience of marketing experience for B2B technology companies
As Director of Growth Marketing you will lead across the North America customer base, driving retention, expansion, and pipeline. This role owns the development and execution of data‑driven strategies in partnership with Sales, Client Success, and Product Marketing to deliver measurable revenue impact. A senior leadership position with direct influence on pipeline performance, conversion, and overall growth strategy.
What You Will Be Doing Own and drive customer pipeline, revenue growth, and expansion across North America
Develop and execute data‑driven customer growth strategies based on segmentation, lifecycle stage, and opportunity
Partner closely with Sales, Client Success, and Product Marketing to align on pipeline goals and account priorities
Improve conversion rates and pipeline quality through targeted, insight‑led engagement
Lead and scale integrated marketing programs across digital, events, lifecycle, and account‑based channels
Identify and prioritize cross‑sell and expansion opportunities across the customer base
Establish and track KPIs across pipeline, conversion, and ROI, driving continuous optimization
Build repeatable, scalable growth plays that increase efficiency and impact
Contribute to regional marketing strategy and leadership discussions as part of the NA leadership team
Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing marketing team
Who You Are Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) required; preferred fields include Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related discipline
12+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a strong focus on growth, customer, or lifecycle marketing
Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue impact, not just engagement metrics
Deep expertise in customer growth strategies, including expansion, retention, and cross‑sell
Strong understanding of account‑based marketing (ABM) and lifecycle marketing approaches
Experience partnering cross‑functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Product Marketing
Highly data‑driven and analytical, with the ability to translate insights into action and results
Comfortable operating in a matrixed, fast‑paced environment with multiple stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and grow high‑performing teams
Strong commercial mindset, with a focus on ROI, conversion, and efficiency
Experience scaling segmented, data‑driven marketing programs across regions or large customer bases
Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands‑on execution
