In this pivotal role, you'll analyze and improve business processes by working closely with multiple teams. You'll facilitate stakeholder workshops, document workflows, and implement process improvements utilizing your understanding of Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Your contributions will ensure streamlined operations and better business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate current processes to find areas of improvement
• Assist in applying process improvement methodologies
• Document detailed process maps and SOPs
• Collaborate to define and track key performance metrics
• Support change management for effective adoption of new solutions
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields such as Business
• 2-3 years of experience in process improvement
• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma practices
• Experience with data analysis tools
• Strong analytical abilities and communication skills
