This role engages a highly motivated individual to lead onboarding initiatives and manage relationships within the Franchise Growth & Enablement team. You'll collaborate with internal stakeholders, enhance registration frameworks, and document processes to better serve customers. Emphasizing a data-driven approach, you will analyze trends and support strategic enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate on an effective registration framework
• Manage accurate registrations across programs
• Serve as an expert for customer registration efforts
• Create process documentation and training materials
• Participate in UAT and report metrics to management
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Self-driven with strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills in business English
• Experience in high-paced environments
• Results-focused with attention to detail
