Position: Full-Time Development Officer at IAM

You will report to the Director of Philanthropy and Partnerships, working to enhance IAM's fundraising strategies across various portfolios. The role is ideal for someone with 2 to 10 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, aiming to strengthen their fundraising skills while supporting a vital mission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support corporate, foundation, and individual fundraising initiatives

• Develop donor stewardship materials and engagement strategies

• Assist in writing grant proposals and reports

• Track deliverables and maintain donor records

• Attend IAM events for donor engagement

Requirements:

• University degree or relevant experience in a related field

• 2–10 years of relevant fundraising experience

• Strong attention to detail and communication skills

• Familiarity with donor databases like Raiser’s Edge

• Sensitivity to mental health topics
