Corporate Campaign Representative – Corporate Donor Relations (Contract)
United Way Greater Toronto is hiring 3 full‑time corporate campaign representatives for a 5‑month contract to support the annual workplace campaign. The role combines remote and in‑person work with workplace volunteers and United Way staff to drive fundraising and community engagement.
Job OverviewThe position resides in the Donor Relations & Marketing department, leading the workplace campaign in support of United Way’s Community Impact goals. You will work under a professional fundraiser and collaborate with workplace volunteers to plan, execute, and steward workplace campaigns during the fall fundraising cycle.
Responsibilities- Support the planning and execution of employee workplace campaigns, including volunteer coordination and staff outreach.
- Develop relationships and provide excellent customer service to workplace volunteers and staff.
- Attend campaign meetings and events as required, both in‑person and remotely.
- Coordinate delivery, collection, and tracking of campaign materials, supplies, and funds.
- Facilitate training, speeches, and presentations to workplace volunteers and employees.
- Support community and third‑party events by handling inquiries and participant registration.
- Track campaign progress, identify challenges, and collaborate with United Way staff on solutions.
- Ensure workplaces and volunteers receive appropriate recognition.
- Complete weekly stewardship donor calls to follow up on donations.
- Prepare a detailed final report on all assigned United Way workplace campaigns.
- Confident, adaptable, and flexible with a “can do” attitude.
- Skilled in utilizing Office 365 and virtual meeting platforms such as Zoom, Web Ex, and Teams.

Compensation: $27.20 per hour. Employees will be engaged on a full‑time basis during the 21‑week program (September 2, 2026 – January 29, 2027) and will work both remotely and in‑person as required.
