Position: Outreach Facilitator for Youth Engagement Programs
Become an Outreach Facilitator with The Career Foundation and champion youth participation in volunteerism and civic engagement initiatives. Foster connections and facilitate beneficial workshops.

This impactful role focuses on engaging youth, especially those from Indigenous and underserved communities, in various outreach activities. You will be tasked with tailoring engagement strategies, communicating program goals, and building partnerships with community organizations. Your extensive facilitation skills will support workshops that encourage youth involvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit eligible youth participants through tailored outreach

• Present programs to schools and community partners

• Collaborate with organizations for volunteer placements

• Conduct workshops and mentorship sessions both virtually and in-person

• Maintain thorough documentation and prepare marketing materials

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in relevant fields preferred

• Minimum 2 years in outreach or community recruitment

• Experience working with diverse youth populations

• Effective verbal and written communication skills

• Valid Alberta driver's license for transportation
