As a Senior Manager within the Sustainability and Impact team, you will play a crucial role in elevating community engagement efforts. This position requires transforming ambitious visions into reality via scalable programs and strategic partnerships. By overseeing volunteer initiatives and giving strategies, you will cultivate relationships and serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring alignment with Dayforce’s mission and delivering meaningful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee employee volunteering and giving strategies

• Develop a comprehensive Community Impact calendar

• Execute signature programs during Impact Month

• Scale grantmaking and skills-based programs

• Foster a culture of engagement among volunteer networks
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree needed, Master’s preferred

• 8-10 years of relevant experience

• Expertise in nonprofit leadership and community strategies

• Effective project management and multitasking skills

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
