Community Engagement Specialist at Bike Share

Elevate Bike Share Toronto’s community engagement as a Specialist focused on advocacy, relationships, and growth strategies. Contribute to increasing ridership toward a goal of over one million unique customers by 2030.

As a Community Engagement Specialist for Bike Share Toronto, you will report to the Director, Bike Share and Micro-Mobility. This intermediate role requires five years of experience in partnership management or community engagement. Your focus will be on developing campaigns and plans that enhance ridership and member loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

• Activate BST’s member base for improved advocacy and engagement

• Design community engagement plans aligned with strategic vision

• Cultivate relationships with community groups and local stakeholders

• Implement campaigns to drive ridership and membership growth

• Analyze data for strategic insights and campaign effectiveness

Requirements:

• University degree or diploma in a related field

• Five years of experience in community engagement or marketing

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities

• Experience with project management and stakeholder engagement
