As a key member of the Recurring Products & Donor Engagement team, you will support campaign strategies to enhance supporter lifetime value. You'll coordinate end-to-end campaign management while working closely with both internal teams and external partners. Your work will directly contribute to optimizing donor experiences and improving retention through effective marketing and communications strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate multi-channel donor engagement campaigns
• Manage day-to-day project timelines for major campaigns
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies
• Monitor campaign performance against defined KPIs
• Manage budgets, track expenses, and identify efficiencies
Requirements:
• Experience in direct mail and email marketing campaigns
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Understanding of donor segmentation and digital best practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Relevant degree or equivalent experience
Lead impactful donor engagement initiatives with a mission-driven team at Plan International Canada.
