Position: Toronto Refugee Support Community Officer
Influence positive change as a Community Development Officer with a focus on Refugee Response in Toronto. This role is dedicated to enhancing community services through effective management and collaboration.

In this full-time role, you will coordinate stakeholder engagement, support community initiatives, and manage program budgets to address the needs of refugees. Your leadership will drive community outreach and service delivery, ensuring the best practices in support services are adhered to.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed engagement plans and recommend policies

• Train and supervise assigned team members

• Design, develop, and manage project budgets

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in a relevant field
